DescriptionThe Problem Solving course will teach students how to solve problems using a formal methodology. Students will learn to execute each step in the problem solving methodology. They will also be given the opportunity to practice integrating these skills into simulated problem scenarios. Managers and employees at all levels of the organization who will be involved in problem solving and improvement activities will benefit from this course.
The course length is 16 hours and will include detailed instruction, periodic assessments, and a certificate of completion upon successful review.
