ISO 9001:2000 Executive Overview (4 hours)

Description

This course will introduce ISO 9000, the international quality system that has been used to standardize quality system requirements worldwide. Participants will get the most out of this course if they have a basic understanding of their organization's business practices, products and customers. This course will be beneficial to anyone who has decision-making power in developing or administrating quality systems.

The course length is 4 hours and will include detailed instruction, periodic assessments, and a certificate of completion upon successful review.
