This one-day workshop will cover ISO/IEC 17025 requirements within the context of the Data Acceptance Program (DAP). Program participants will gain an understanding of how the 17025 standard serves as the foundation for DAP as well as specific management and technical requirements. In addition, the workshop also will cover specific data recording and reporting fundamentals including key data sheet components that must be adequately complete.

Course topics covered include:

• Need for change
• Background and overview of ISO 17025
• DAP management requirements
• DAP technical requirements
• DAP data recording and reporting requirements

The workshop includes interactive activities regarding review of calibration certificates, critical consumables and equipment selection and accuracy. In addition, workshop participants will also receive DAP Guides that articulate a step by step process of what is required to meet compliance in each of these areas.
